fruit smoosh

I decided to make smoothies today.

We looked in books. We wrote down ingredients. We missed out the spinach. Then Dad went to get it while I was at dance.

When I got back I had lunch then I made smoothies.

Strawberry, Banana, Mango and Peach smoothie served with physalis shaped like flowers (serves 3)

1) get 6 of your strawberries  chop the top off (ps careful knives are sharp thank you xxx)
2) get your adult to chop a mango or chop it yourself if you are an adult
3) peel and chop a banana
4) put them all in a blender or hand blender as we did it
5) pour in some peach juice and some oat milk or other milk
6) blend, blend, blend
7) pour it into glasses
8) put a physalis on the top but tear the skin so it looks like flower petals.

Finished masterpiece

Piescream

Pieeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.

Icecreeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeam.

They are nice on their own but they taste better mashed together to make...

Pieeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeescream.

Take 1 tub of DF ice-cream and 2 DF pies (I used mince pies). Crumble up the pies in a mixing bowl
Let the ice cream melt a little bit more than normal and mash it into the pies. Put it back in the freezer.
Soften to scoop or slice if you want to eat it without waiting
yummmmmmmmmmmmmmm
It goes well with Pokemon
Close up piescream
Other flavours that I think would be nice are strawberry ice cream and bakewell tart, chocolate ice cream and cherry pie or apple tart and plain ice cream.

123 Fudge

Hi, I haven't done any blogs since the summer. I am still doing my blog but I have just been very busy. Here is one today.

It is 123 Fudge.

This is how you make it.

1) Put 1 cup icing sugar (250ml) in a bowl
2) Put 2tbsp (30ml) cordial in the same bowl and stir until it is like icing
3) Melt 50g df white chocolate very slowly and carefully in the microwave and tip it in the bowl with everything else and stir then smooth into a tin. The end.

I used sloe and raspberry cordial which makes it go pink.

My mum made it with chestnut liqueur and brown chocolate for grown ups.

Yummy yum
Pink fudge!
